Operation Emily Loves 2006!

This year there is a new moon two days before the new year. What a great and powerful time! I have already started my new years intentions.

Every year I like to name the year to add that little icing to the celebration cake. 2006 is my year of love. I am going to infuse love into everything I do, think, create and into myself.

I encourage all my readers to take this friday night as an oppurnity to create sacred space and set your intentions for the year. This added new moon will make those intetions alot more powerful and special.

Control Freak

The part of manifesting that I never realized I had trouble with until this week was the part where we are supposed to LET GO.

I have never asked for too big of intentions because I always felt I could not manifest things that are too big. There is a fear of being disappointed that I think is an important life experience.

I now realize this is so very wrong..... Why not dream big. The universe will and does provide and give gifts so why not ask for Wonderful and Big things? This way I will be really excited when they are created because I know it will happen.


The universe always provides.

Your Thoughts Really Do Create

The universe has given me this lesson three times in the last 24 hours to teach me that every single thought creates our reality. Even the smallest thoughts about things that may have nothing to do with you can create the reality of that siutaion.

But more importantly the lesson is that all our thoughts create.
Once I realized the lesson this morning I had such an amazing and easy day. I was able to finish all my holiday shopping, I was asked to coordinate an event in Portland that I expressed interest in almost a year ago and I was able to buy myself a gift because I have been manifesting money. I created a money candle last month and I have to say, I have more money now than I have had in over five years. I am so connected with money, in the flow of money and it come's so easily to me now. It feels great.

Once I started setting little intentions to test the water I started to believe more and more.... As time goes on I am able to create bigger intentions and gifts are coming to me so easily from the universe. Every time I turn around I am delighted and surprised by all these signs and gifts.

WOW!

Another very busy week. I have been getting so much positive feedback about my candles. It is so wonderful to hear how I am helping other people. The joy I feel when a customer writes me a letter to tell me about their journey is so intense.

I have decided to cut down on my personal readings and focus totally on my products. This has been a hard decision for me. I will still be making personal candles for intentions and I will still be available to talk with. I am just not going to be giving readings anymore. I am very excited about being able to focus totally on getting the word out about my candles.

This weekend has been very busy for me. I came up with three new candles and I just received my newly designed label!

I am also moving in less than three weeks. This new house has such good energy I know my candles are going to be more magical. I am also very excited to start introducing dried herbs to the candles. Herbs have such strong energy and meaning.

So my new candles are,

Creative Focus, this candle was created for artist's who need a little guidance in focusing. I know that sometimes writer's block or creative block can be the most painful and frustrating process. During these times it helps to get out of the head and into Spirit. That's why I have created this candle to help people connect with the divine source that allows us to create.

Happy Marriage, for people who are engaged, just married or for someone who is wanting to manifest their life partner and a happy marriage.



Deep Mediation, for a calm, relaxed, deep mediation state. This candle is very sacred and includes scents that have been used for ages in temples and churches.

Yesterday was the most amazing morning. As I was walking to the bus stop the moon and stars were still out. Because it had froze overnight everything looked like it had been sprinkled with Fairy Dust. I walked slowly to the bus stop so that I could take in how beautiful everything looked.

It was funny because the cold did not bother me, the darkness did not bother me, the weather almost never bother's me. Everyone else was complaining but I just thought back on how wonderful the world looked in the morning and smiled.

Peaceful Holidays

I have taken the last week off. I love energy work and making candles but there are some weeks where I just need a little time to relax. This weekend has been my vacation.
It is funny because I was worried that by taking some time off I would hurting myself or my company. Then I picked a card for the day and the card said "Trust your Intuition". Which means, it is ok to take some time off.

In other exciting news I have someone designing a label for my candles this weekend. I hope to have some pictures up on my blog soon.

I also have been teaching a women's circle for learning how to manifest a more positive life. It has been amazing. This is my first teaching experience and what I find the best part to be are student comments on how they are starting to turn all the interal negative comments around to loving, supportive thoughts for themselves and their loved ones. I not only enjoy being able to teach people about living a positive life but also being someone who "walks the walk". This is what one of my students told me one day after class. She said it was refreshing for her to meet someone that not only lived a very magical life but also believed that everyone could live that way as well.

I am hoping to be able to write more in the next few weeks. Right now I am learning the age old lesson of balance in life. I am trying to balance my life, my job, my company and my teaching as well as having a social life.

I will keep everyone posted on how this lesson unfolds.

The funny thing about this candle was it was four days late arriving to her apartment. I was a little confused on why it was so late and I told her I would make her another one and then I got this email. How very exciting.

I have not been able to write as much lately because I started a new job. What is great about this job is that I am getting paid more but spending less time worrying or thinking about what I am doing than my other "career" jobs. It is the perfect job for me while I get Odessa's Herbals off the ground.

In other news, it looks like I have manifested my dream home which I am moving into in January. It has a huge herb garden and it is on a double lot with a six foot wooden fence all around it. There is a fire pit for my energy work that is related to releasing and a lovely deck to meet with clients on during the summer months. This has been a manifestation in the works for over two years and I am so excited about it. It has been painless to agree to rent the house and start to pack.

I have been very busy this week with clients, product creation and living a wonderful purposeful life.

Today I picked the:

Truth card- learn to understand events without emotions.

So true. Often we can create fear, anger or too much excitment around events that can fog the reality of the situation. Once we learn to see the truth behind events and remain in the flow, we can understand the true nature of reality.

What a funny event. Last weekend I was making a candle for a friend who is in need of some money right now. I thought this would be a good experiment for me. So Sunday I made this candle. By Monday I had somehow gotten this little job that paid me a very large amount for two days worth of work. It was the universe at work!

I got paid as a shopper. I went to all the beautiful stores and picked out the best items in each store. It was wonderful and very relaxing. So I have made another one of these candles for myself since the one I made for someone else helped me so much. The candle for my friend has helped for a major raise at his work.

It was fun to see how things manifest.

Also last week I started my first Manifestation group in Seattle. We are meeting twice a month for six month’s. I was leading this group and our first meeting was very powerful. I made a sacred candle for the circle and we all connected and shared our energy. Everyone left with a little homework on what they want to manifest and next month we get into the “how” of manifestation. I like to teach not just that this process works but also helpful project’s that you can do to focus more and get a clearer picture of what it is you want. Also as the groups forms I will offer readings for my students to help them.

This weekend I went to a Body, Mind & Spirit Expo. It was a little strange. For all my readers, I must tell you that I am
Relatively younger than most of the people at these events. And I tend to be a little more, ummmm, shall we say “hip”. I love psychic things and energy healers and people that are in the business but I always wonder… Where are the people like me?

Oh well. All in due time. The world is changing and more and more of my friends are becoming interested in the way I live my life and my beliefs. It is also interesting to get reading's from other people. I always like to see how other's work. However, at this point all readings usually end with these reader's telling me how supported I am by the universe and my guides and how I am here to help other's. They usually end with " You don't have to worry".

I have had a very exciting day!

In one swift move of the universe I have started my first manifestation women’s group. We are meeting in one week. I am so excited for this. I had put the intention to start a women’s circle out in the universe a little under a month ago and I have now manifested it. The group is small, which is great for my first attempt in leading a group to be more in touch with their intuition and desire’s. We will be meeting twice a month and following the book “ Your Heart’s Desire”.

The other amazing part about this was I received an email shortly after this group was formed from a dear family friend who introduced me to Women’s circles many years ago in Scotland. This lovely lady asked if we could meet for coffee next week. Guess what? She wanted to meet the same day as my group starts. How wonderful! What DIVINE timing on her part!

She truly is a hero of mine and does so much amazing work for the wonderful earth. She is part of the group, The Millionth CircleThe Millionth Circle. I am so excited to meet her and get some advice on how to conduct my circle.

We are truly blessed to have this woman’s energy as our guide for the night.

I have been having so many Psychic experiences lately that I know I am on the right track.

Yesterday I picked a card from Sonia Choquette's Ask Your Guides Deck. I picked the Epiphany card. My recent epiphany has been that I am now ready to share my psychic gifts to the world and I am ready to share my amazing gift of being able to help others manifest their heart's desire's. Ever since I was a child I have been able to create things for friends, family and myself. My friends and family member has also benefited from my gifts since I have been giving readings since I was 11.

Ok, back to the part about the Epiphany card. I called Sonia Choquette on her radio show on Hay House Radio…www.hayhouseradio.com…….And I told her of my realization I was ready to start giving readings and creating products for my clients that will help them to manifest their desires. When she went to pick an Ask Your Guides card, guess what card she picked?

I was floored. However, I now know more than ever that I am on the right path. I am being lead by spirit to share with the world my knowledge of the spirit world and nature. It is amazing to me how much my soul has worked on getting me to this place. As I look back on my life and I realize the spring breaks during middle school spent in Alaska with medicine women, the trips to Scotland to spend time on Iona and all the strong spiritual women that I have been around, all these elements have come together to create a life where I am now ready to start out on my path as a teacher, guide and friend.
